Build up a project by attaching Crew and Cast that will work on your project. Select Locations form your Address Book. Book assets, props and track green-lit status committed by investors or manage project stakeholders.
But first to setup a project to best serve a production the team should assemble this information within a project. It’s quite easy and perfectly delegated within the project team.
Step 1: From your portfolio view, select project by clicking on the name.
Step 2: Select Asset type you would like to attach to the project (Location, Crew, Cast, Props etc…) from the top menu bar.
Click on the Add New button on the pages top right hand corner.
What happens then: You will be asked to enter details of the new item, then click Save and you will be returned with item attached to the project and also saved in your Address Book.
Step 3: Alternatively, if you already have a project Asset (Location, Crew, Cast, Props etc…) in your address book, simply click on the Down Arrow next to the Add New button and select all items you would like attach to this project.
